We produce pine edge-glued panels on a new modern equipment. This is a wood board, which is made by gluing wooden lamellas of 35-45 mm width with a moisture content of 6-8% +/-2%.
The edge-glued panels are used for production of cabinet furniture, beds, stairs, window boards, table board, parting walls, as well as for any other interior solutions.
Package
Every edge-glued panel is wrapped in a heat-shrink film; the plastic corners are used at the points of fastening with a strapping tape in order to prevent the edge-glued panel from deformation.
Grades
- Extra. It is a grade for the production of which solid lamellas are used. The material has homogeneous structure and is made from a beam without defects. Visually the lamellas seems as solid wood, because they have uniform texture. Brow stain is allowed, redness is not strongly pronounced. This is the most expensive edge-glued panel of high quality.
- Grade AA. The grade for the production of which finger-jointed lamellas are used. The edge-glued panel is without knots, lamellas may differ in color from each other. The quality corresponds to a high standard. Brow stain is allowed, redness is not strongly pronounced.
- Grade AB. The grade for the production of which finger jointed lamellas are used. Light and captive knots, gum pockets are not more than 30-40 mm, barking pocket are allowed.
