As we increase our production volumes, our dynamically developing company is looking for an active wholesales manager (plywood, other products of the company).

Responsibilities:

• — Attracting new clients, conducting negotiations
• — Fulfillment of sales plans - sales of manufactured products
• — Conclusion of contracts
• — Shipments control
• — Keeping records, monitoring competitors

Requirements:

• — Higher education
• — Experience in sales
• — Grammatically correct speech
• — Self-organization
• — A high degree of responsibility for their work
• — Knowledge of English is required. Conversational English, correspondence on advanced level
• — Ability to conduct a dialogue, competent speech.

Responsibilities:

• — Development, examination and conclusion of contracts, protocols of disagreements, additional agreements (of supplement, labour, transportation, rent, services);
• — Drawing up pre-trial claims, statements of claim, appellate complaints and cassational appeals, responses to statements of claim and materials for submission to arbitration courts and courts of general jurisdiction;
• — Representing the interests of the company in courts of general jurisdiction and arbitration courts (debt collection, recovery of material damage, participation in bankruptcy cases, transportation disputes, challenging decisions of administrative bodies);
• — Accompanying facilities construction;
• — Preparation of local company regulations;
• — Representing the interests of the company in government and local authorities;
• — Registration of legal entities, making changes related and not related to making changes to the constitutional documents;
• — Representation of company interests in the consideration of cases of administrative offenses;
• — Running labor law issues (material liability, disciplinary proceedings, development of job descriptions);

Requirements:

• — Higher legal education;
• — Work experience from 5 years;
• — Good knowledge of English (experience in drafting Agreements in English would be an asset);
• — Good knowledge of civil, administrative, labor legislation;
• — Focus on results, responsibility, diligence, attentiveness, literacy, the ability to negotiate, ability to work with large amounts of information;
• — Experienced PC user, Consultant +;
• — Teamwork skills.
